Everything you need to know before Derby Week. Still have a question? Reach out and we'll help.
ITX is gathering a balance of Insurance Carriers, BGAs, Advisors, and Insurtech founders and operators.
As ITX meets with potential speakers, announcements will be made on social media and our newsletter. Contact us and tell us whose perspectives you'd love to hear at the derby.
ITX is still in the beginning stages of planning our event. Sponsors will be announced on our social media pages and newsletter as we expand our sponsor list throughout the next year. Contact alisa@insurtechexpress.com for personal announcements and updates.
For the conference sessions themselves, smart business attire is perfectly acceptable, but given the week, we encourage you to embrace the cultural fun. Ideally, we'd want everyone to come in their best Derby outfits! This means getting creative with the hats, seersucker, and vibrant spring looks associated with the Kentucky Derby.
Hats are optional, but highly encouraged. Comfortable shoes are essential, especially for time spent near the track.
We welcome wheelchairs, strollers, and all Mobility Assistive Devices inside the Museum. The Kentucky Derby Museum's facilities include wheelchair-accessible restrooms and elevators. The main entrance is designed to accommodate guests with limited mobility. You can drop off guests in the loading/unloading zone located in front of our main entrance on Central Avenue (adjacent to the Barbaro statue), which features an automatic door with push-button entry.
Wheelchair rentals are available at no cost on a first-come, first-served basis, and can be requested at the Front Desk.
Please note that due to the historic nature of Churchill Downs, some tours may not be wheelchair accessible. If you have any accessibility concerns, feel free to reach out to Candice Leibow at candice@insurtechexpress.com. When registering, there will be an option to specify any concerns or questions regarding accessibility.
All payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable and non-creditable except as expressly provided in this Section 1. No chargebacks, partial refunds, or credits toward future events will be issued outside the foregoing window.
